James Hindman

An actor and playwright, his plays and musicals have received three Drama Desk and one Outer Critic Award nominations. He was also a Terrence McNally Award finalist. His newest plays; POPCORN FALLS, will open Off Broadway this fall directed by Tony Award winner, Christian Borle, and FOR THE LOVE OF GEORGE is currently in workshop at The Denver Theatre Center. His plays have been developed at Second Stage, Vineyard Theatre, Transport Group, The Lark, Goodspeed Musicals, Denver Theatre Center, Long Wharf Theatre and New Jersey Rep.

His works include PETE 'N' KEELY, MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING, THE GORGES MOTEL (NYFringe Festival 2016), THE AUDIENCE (Transport Group), THE BIKINIS, BEING AUDREY, THE DRAMA DEPARTMENT, A CHRISTMAS SURVIVAL GUIDE, HEAVEN HELP US (Carbonell Award nom.).
