For me, art accomplishes many things, but most importantly it serves as a microphone to express what we think, feel, or question about our experience. Doing what I do enables me and those I have the privilege of working with to express more freely, by exposing and eliminating many of the vocal limitations an artist might pick up along their artistic journey.
In the last decade, Michael Maresca has worked with tens of thousands of singers across the globe changing how they understand the human voice and how to build it. As the creator of the One Voice theories, technique, and training, he has certified multiple coaches who now teach internationally. Michael teaches in person exclusively for the Texas State Musical Theatre Program, and along with the other certified One Voice Coaches, he trains singers worldwide online and in masterclasses.
