The Texas State University Theatre Center, located at 430 Moon St., houses several flexible classrooms, two lecture/recital teaching theatres, the PSH Foundation Studio Theatre, costume shop, scene shop, and the Mainstage Theatre.

The Mainstage Theatre is a modified proscenium stage with a seating capacity of up to 350.

The PSH Foundation Studio Theatre is a flexible 'black box' performance area with a variable seating capacity. Both theatres are equipped with modern production hardware.  Productions are supported by a fully equipped scene shop and a costume shop. We maintain scenery and costume inventories that are equal to any others in the region.

 Texas State Theatre also has an outdoor amphitheatre, The Glade Theatre, located at the far west end of campus, next door to Blanco Hall.
